Black Fonio (Digitaria iburua)
A naturally gluten-free ancient grain traditionally grown in West Africa. Light, nourishing, and rich in fiber.
Cassava (Manihot esculenta)
A versatile root crop used as a gluten-free flour alternative. Sourced and processed without chemical treatment.
Ethically sourced
All ingredients are grown by smallholder farmers through fair,
transparent partnerships.
